This is one that will pack a punch of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants, all the while being sweet and tasty! The blueberries are slightly tango, the mango is flavourful and the bananas are sweet. It’s the perfect match!
2 medium bananas
1 cup of blueberries, frozen
1/3 cup of frozen mango pulp (generally found in small, ethnic stores in the freezer section, or swap for one whole fresh mango)
2 teaspoons of raw, shelled hemp seeds
½ cup chocolate almond or soy milk (or any flavour you wish to add)
Chop the bananas and put in the blender. Add the frozen blueberries and the mango. Add the milk alternative. Blend until smooth. Top with the hemp seeds. Enjoy!
